To help our employees make the right decisions in their everyday work, we have a comprehensive corporate governance structure and robust compliance and ethics programme, with our Code of Business Conduct at its centre. However, doing business with integrity goes beyond having a good corporate governance framework and compliance with policies, procedures and regulations. It is about creating a culture in which each of us behaves with integrity on behalf of Diageo, every day, in whatever situation we find ourselves.
